Information for authors
The Journal of The Egyptian Women’s Dermatologic Society is published biannually in January and July.
Papers, Reports and Review articles submitted for publication must be original and had not been published previously or considered for publication elsewhere. Their subject should pertain in dermatology or some other related scientific and technical subject within the field of dermatology.

Conflict of Interest. Authors should declare at the time of submission any conflict of interest with related to competing company to product in the submitted manuscript. Reviewers, associate editors should disclose to the chief editor any relationships causing conflict of interest to manuscript under review.
Copyright transfer. Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright to Egyptian Women’s Dermatologic Society and may not be published elsewhere without written permission from Egyptian Women’s Dermatologic Society.
Preparation of manuscript. Three copies of original papers with 3 sets of original photographs and figures
must be submitted to the Editor.
A signed paper from author(s) must be provided with the manuscript with the following statement: “I have reviewed and approved the submitted version of the manuscript and agree to its publication in the Journal of The Egyptian Women’s Dermatologic Society”.
The following items should be on separate sheet: The title, abstract, text, acknowledgment, references, tables, legends for illustrations. It should be written double-spaced, 3 cm. margins, 12 font- size, without a column formatting style and printed on one side only.
Once a manuscript is accepted, return two copies of the revised and rewritten manuscript and a computer diskette of the final version of the manuscript.
Title page. It should include the title of the paper with the full name(s) of the author(s) and institutional affiliation. The mailing address, as well as any other contact information (E-mail, fax and telephone number) of the corresponding author should be provided.
Abstract. It should count 200-250 words, outlining the purpose of the study, methods, results and conclusion.
References. References must be Arabic numerals in order of their mention.

All papers received will be peer reviewed, and on the basis of the reviewer’s comments the editorial board reserved the right to accept or reject any paper.
